DM 40 can be used to measure distances up to 40m, and has additional features of addition/subtraction of distances, calculating area, volume and pythagorean distance and has memory storage for data recall. It has two spirit bubbles for level checking of vertical and horizontal alignments and the measurement units are convertible between m,ft and inch. With clear LCD display and single and continuous measurement modes, this is the most economical laser distance meter of this range.
